Job Title Clerk - Admin
Division/Department/Branch GEN REGION 2 PJ
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Coordinate activities in the Administration of the Business Units in Region 2
2. Manage and maintain all correspondence in respect to Business Units of Region 2
3. Assist the Regional Manager and Senior Manager in the line of communication with the Units and their Business Partners
4. Efficient performance of all functions under Job Description to be agreed upon
5. To issue quotation, cover notes both manual and 190 e-cover note for lines of business within underwriting authority delegated

JOB REQUIREMENTS
1. At least 2 years experience in the related field
2. Able to work independently and with minimum supervision
