Deduction from Salary through Employer

This payment method is applicable only to those who work in a private firm. You can make payment for your policy premiums or loan repayments via deduction from your salary. This is applicable to Life & Group Life policies.

To authorise the deduction of premiums or loan repayments from your salary, please complete and sign the Surat Pengakuan Arahan Potongan dan Bayaran and forward the completed and signed form to the address below. The form is available at all MCIS ZURICH offices and our agents.

If your employer does not have the necessary approval from the Labour Department for such a facility, kindly request your employer to contact us so that we may assist in the application to the Labour Department.
