Premium payments for Life Insurance policies can be made through the following internet channels:

www.maybank2u.com (MBB)

To renew your policy on the internet you will need to be a Maybank account holder and you will need to register as a maybank2u.com user. Then you can login to www.maybank2u.com, key-in your username password and follow the simple instructions in the Online Insurance options section.

www.pbebank.com (PBB)

This payment method is applicable only to corporate and retail customers of Public Bank. The customer/agent has to register for this facility and will be provided with a User ID and password to access and pay their premiums.

www.uob.com.my (UOB)

You can also pay your premium through UOB website. This facility is only exclusive for United Overseas Bank account holder (savings/current/credit card). All you have to do is visit your nearest UOB branch and register for 1212 Phone Banking Services. Upon registering you will be provided with a User ID and password. Now, you can access to UOB website and pay your premiums by following the simple instructions on your computer screen.

www.mbfcards.com (MBF)

VISA / MASTER Card holders need to register first with MBF in order to use this facility. The same registration procedures as MBF Call ‘N Pay facility is applicable to this service.

Upon registration, you will be given an user ID and password to access to the MBF website from your personal computer and effect payment for your premium through the internet. The payment will be effected by debiting your card account.

www.channel-e.com.my (BCB) (to be launched in the future)

The user of this facility must have an active account (savings/current/creditcard) with Bumiputra Commerce Bhd. You first need to visit any nearest BCB ATM terminal and log on to their menu screen as usual. Then, follow the simple instruction on the menu screen to obtain your ePIN number. Now with the ePIN number you can log on to BCB website from your personal computer and make your premium payments.

www.rhbbank.com (RHB) (to be launched in the future)

Currently, this facility is only available for saving or current account holder of RHB. To be able to utilise this facility you have to register as an user at any RHB branch. Then using the provided user ID and password, you will be able to access to RHB website and pay your premiums by debiting your RHB account
