Maybank - AUTOPHONE:

The Autophone service allows you to pay your premiums by using the telephone. An auto-attendent will guide you in making the necessary data entry.

To apply for the Autophone service, you must be a Maybank Account holder. You will be required to complete an "Autophone Application Form" which is available at any Maybank Branch. The completed application form has to be submitted to the Maybank Branch where your account is maintained. Once your application is accepted, your future payments can be made with just a telephone call.

The Call ‘N Pay service provided by MBFC is exclusively for registered card members only. Therefore a card member, who is interested in using this service, is required to complete the registration process by filing up and returning the registration form together with all the required documents to MBF Call ‘N Pay Center. The registration forms are available at all MCIS ZURICH’s branch and also at MBF Card Centers.

Once Card Members instruction to effect payment of bills has been approved, a reference number shall be provided to Card Member. Using the reference number, card member shall instruct MBFC to effect a payment via telephone. Confidentiality of the reference number is very important. No proxy is allowed to call on behalf of card member and card member may be required to confirm his identity to effect a payment as a security measure.MBFC will then process & effect a payment and the money will be deducted from his/her credit card account.

Apart from MBF Mastercard, all other Mastercards issued by other banks will be required for further verification as a security measure before the call centers effect a payment.

All you have to do is upgrade your mobile phone SIM Card to 64K and register for this facility with BCB by visiting any of your nearest BCB ATM Terminal. Log on to the menu screen as usual and follow the simple instructions shown on the screen to obtain your channel-e EPIN number. Now, you can access to the mobile banking menu screen through your mobile phones and effect a payment for your premiums.
