Bank Standing Instruction

A Standing Instruction can be made with your bank so that premiums are debited from your bank account (savings or current) and remitted to MCIS ZURICH on a requested date. The Standing Instruction Form is available at your bank and must be completed and submitted to your bank. Please send a copy to us for our records.

Please ensure that your policy number and the premium amount are written clearly and correctly in the columns provided. The accuracy of this information will enable us to credit your premiums accurately and immediately. This is applicable to Life insurance policies.
