Q: How should I prove to the company there is a loss of money due to theft or

fire?

A: The insured has to include it in the police report.

Q: Can I claim if the accidental death of my pedigree pet happen outside the

home or its compound?

A: No. The accident will have to happen within the home or its compound.

Q: How can I prove the accidental death of my pedigree pet?

A: The insured has to get a certificate from the vet to confirm that the cause of

death is accidental and not from disease.

Q: If there is a restriction of power supply by the public authority for more than

12 hours and cause the frozen food become inedible. Can I claim?

A: No. The deliberate act and restriction of power supply by the public

authority is excluded in the policy.

Q: What is the limit of sum insured for spouse and child? Are they

compulsory to take up this policy?

A: The sum insured for spouse and child must not exceed the sum insured for

the proposer. For the child below 18 years old, the maximum sum insured

is RM100,000. The proposer has to decide whether he/ she wants to

include their spouse and child in this policy or not.
