PERSONAL LIABILITY INSURANCE

This policy provides compensation to the Insured for all sums which the Insured or any member of his/her household is legally liable to pay in respect of accidents resulting in bodily injury or illness to any person or loss or damage to property belonging to any person including litigation costs and expenses.

Examples :

- Bodily injury to any other person whistle alighting from your
vehicle.
- Bodily injury or property damange caused by your pet animals.
- Damage to the neighbour's premises whilst renovating your
house.

PUBLIC LIABILITY INSURANCE

This policy provides compensation to the Insured for all sums which the Insured becomes legally liable to pay for

(a) Bodily injury and/or
(b) Property damange

as a result of an accident or occurence arising in connection with the Insured's Business which occured within the geographical limit litigation costs and expenses.

PRODUCT LIABILITY INSURANCE

This policy covers the Insured against legal liability to pay compensation in respect of

(a) Bodily injury and/or
(b) Property damange

to any third party as a result of an occurance caused by any of the Insured's Products within the geographical limit including litigation costs and expenses.
