• Hospital Room and Board
  Reimburses charges up to 150 days during any one period of confinement to a licensed hospital.
  
  
• Intensive Care Unit
  Reimburses room and board charges up to 150 days during any one period of confinement to a licensed hospital.
  
  
• Surgical Fees
  Reimburses fees for a surgery by the Specialists, including pre-surgical assessment Specialist's visit to the Insured Person and post-surgery care up to a maximum of 60 days from date of surgery.
  
  
• Hospital Miscellaneous Expenses
  Reimburses fees including the use of operating theatre, anaesthetic fees, x-ray, drugs, medication dressing, splints and plaster, lab tests, ambulance fees and all other services customarily rendered during confinement in hospital.
  
  
• Pre-Hospitalisation Treatment
  Reimburses fees for treatment incurred within 30 days prior to hospitalisation.
  
  
• Post-Hospitalisation Treatment
  Reimburses fees for follow-up treatment incurred within 60 days following discharge from hospital.
  
  
• Hospital Admission Fee and Medical Report Fee for any one hospitalisation
  Reimburses fees for hospital admission and medical report for up to the maximum as stated in the Schedule of Benefits.
  
  
• Daily-Cash Allowance at Goverment Hospitals
  Pays a daily allowance for each day of confinement up to 150 days for a covered Disability in a Malaysia Government Hospital.
  
  
• Emergency Accidental Outpatient Treatment
  Reimburses for outpatient charges in a hospital/clinic in respect of treatment for accidental injuries within 24 hours following an accident.
  
  
• Outpatient Cancer Treatment
  Reimburses for outpatient cancer treatment performed at a legally registered cancer treatment centre.
  
  
• Outpatient Kidney Dialysis Treatment
  Reimburses for outpatient kidney dialysis treatment performed at a legally registered dialysis centre.
  
  
• Day Care Surgery
  Reimburses fees for minor surgery in respect of non-accidental related condition, which does not require hospitalization.
  
  
• Funeral Expense Benefit
  In the event of death, an amount stated in the Schedule of Benefits becomes payable and the policy is terminated.
